We accept PayNow, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

We do require a 50% upfront payment. This is normally non-refundable. 

And depending on the scale of the project, the remaining 50% will be collected when your website is completed or by milestones. If the project is very large, milestone payments are possible.

DURING CONSTRUCTION

Don’t worry about the information details for now. Because we will be sending you a website design brief to fill in. From there, you will know what kind of information you’ll need to furnish us.

However, to get us up to speed, you may wish to get ready the following items before we start building your website:

  • Company logo
  • Photos, images, graphics, videos of your business
  • Sales copy or written contents
  • Brand guide
  • Sample websites you would like to emulate

What if you do not have much of these items? It’s ok, we will work things out together. So, don’t worry, be happy!

For you to own the website we are building for you, you will need to buy a Domain Name and Web Hosting.

If you have purchased your Domain Name and Web Hosting for your website, it will be helpful if you can delegate access to us.

If you do not have any of the above or you are unsure what this is about, fret not. We will explain and guide you through the buying process during our planning session, at NO extra cost.

Yes. You can add as many features as you want.

But be aware that some tools and plugins are free, while others are chargeable. Thus, you might need to top up for additional features in certain cases.

UPON COMPLETION

Yes. We provide you a working website that is powered by WordPress — the world’s most popular Content Management System (CMS). As such, it is easy for you to make content changes. 

Furthermore, as part of the project handover, we will provide you a basic website maintenance guide. The guide contains all the simple steps you need to manage your website content.

This is going to save you a lot of trouble and money for maintenance!

Yes. We provide a 15-day support from the handover date.
